Team Building - A two day programme -Aims and Objectives:
Develop a working knowledge of Group Dynamics and the process of group development. 
Identify constructive and destructive group leader behaviours throughout the stages of group development.
Link the concept of 'Team Role' (Belbin) to the development of personality and functioning in groups (Berne) and to Identify examples of 'Team Role' behaviours
Develop a working knowledge of team Management Styles.
Methods:
During the workshop there will be regular feedback. The delegates will be encouraged to create a safe environment for sharing insights and positive feedback. The programme is designed to be interactive to stimulate interest and will also be fun. A small team work project will be used as a vehicle for observing and demonstrating the theory.
The theoretical models delivered will include the work of R Meredith Belbin, Tuckman & Lacousiere, Blake & Mouton and E Berne.
The programme will be flexible to accommodate dynamic learning
